The Jousting Lemur Wine Club Member Terms and Conditions Legal Disclaimer

By clicking on the membership payment process you acknowledge and agree that you have read these terms and conditions (the “term”), understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you have any questions with respect to these Terms, please contact The Jousting Lemur staff at (701) 751-1338. Your acceptance of these terms creates a binding contract governing the terms of your VIP membership in the The Jousting Lemur Wine Club (the “Club”) and/or your membership in the The Jousting Lemur Loyalty Program and no other statements, representations, materials or related information will alter or amend these Terms, except as specifically referenced in these Terms and such revisions to these Terms instituted by The Jousting Lemur as in accordance with these Terms.

​The VIP Wine Club Membership is a month-to-month subscription. The Loyalty Program is a year-to-year subscription.

Any changes in contact information, or payment information should be conveyed immediately to The Jousting Lemur at info@thejoustinglemur.com to avoid a cancellation of membership.

Member benefits are not transferable to non-members.

By agreeing to the terms, you declare that you are at least 21 years of age and have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of membership. You also authorize The Jousting Lemur to automatically bill your credit card for wine club membership or the loyalty program, including all fees and taxes for the membership you have chosen.

We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason at any time.

The Jousting Lemur reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Your continued use of The Jousting Lemur VIP Wine Club Membership following such notification will be confirmation of your acceptance of such changes. The Jousting Lemur will give you prior written notification of any changes to the terms of any Club membership, which includes monthly fee changes and provide you with an opportunity to cancel your Club membership.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

If your credit card information changes while you are an active member, please contact us immediately for updates. If a card on file is denied, we reserve the right to contact you within ten (10) days for new card information. If we are unable to obtain a new number within fourteen (14) days past the current scheduled billing, your membership and membership benefits will be terminated.

Member’s credit card will be charged on a the first of each month for the VIP club or the first of the month on the yearly anniversary of the Loyalty enrollment date.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

The VIP Wine Club Membership is a month-to-month contract, you can cancel at any time. We require written notice thirty (30) days in advance of the next scheduled billing to avoid any further changes. Loyalty subscriptions should be cancelled 30 days prior to the yearly renewal date. Contact The Jousting Lemur at info@thejoustinglemur.com for wine club cancellations. If a cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the next scheduled billing, your membership will be charged. No further charges will occur thereafter. Once discontinued, you can sign-up for VIP Wine Club Membership if membership spots are available. If membership is canceled two times within a one year’s period, a 6-month waiting period will be enforced to rejoin the VIP Wine Club Membership.
